Overview

The Client Reporting Associate is an experienced client reporting professional responsible for supporting quality control, service management, and reporting intake activities for Client Reporting. This role helps ensure reporting deliverables are onboarded and delivered accurately, on time, within a strong control environment, and in alignment with client expectations, internal standards, and operational risk requirements.


The role supports adherence to governance protocols and procedural standards, effective management of reporting requests and escalations, and continued enhancement of the reporting service model. The position requires exceptional attention to detail, sound judgment, strong relationship-management skills, and confidence communicating directly with clients and internal stakeholders.

 

We currently operate in a hybrid working model, whereby you will be required to work in-office 4 days per week.

Responsibilities

  • Support Client Reporting intake, quality control, and service delivery coordination while contributing to a culture of accountability, collaboration, and service excellence.
  • Perform detailed reviews of high-risk, customized, or complex client reports to confirm compliance with client requirements, internal policies, governance standards, and operational controls.
  • Apply established quality review procedures, validation controls, checklists, and approval standards across recurring reporting.
  • Maintain service queues, reporting calendars, service expectations, and workload information to support timely delivery and appropriate escalation.
  • Partner with stakeholders to clarify requirements, manage expectations, resolve routine service matters, and align deliverables with client needs.
  • Ensure new, customized, or exception-based reporting requests and process changes are documented, assessed, approved through appropriate governance channels, and operationally sustainable.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement efforts that strengthen service quality, operational discipline, efficiency, governance, and the client experience.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • 3-5 years of experience in institutional client reporting, investment operations, performance reporting, asset management operations, or a related financial services function.
  • Working knowledge of institutional client reporting and common client deliverables, including performance, holdings, benchmark, and investment data reporting.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting quality control, service intake, workflow management, governance, or operational controls in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, organization, and follow-through, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and recurring deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-management skills, with the ability to build productive partnerships across teams and engage professionally with clients.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including confidence corresponding directly with institutional clients and senior internal stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience using Salesforce for maintaining client information.
  • Experience supporting process improvement, documentation, governance, or operational risk initiatives within an asset management or financial services environment

Compensation

Base Pay Range: $75,000 - $100,000

 

Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.  In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary bonus programs, or other annual or non-annual incentive or sales plans.)
