The International TA and Shareholder Services Analyst will partner with the International Transfer Agent Services team and external providers to support day‑to‑day operations of the transfer agent for Allspring Luxembourg. This includes supporting service delivery activities and deliverables related to shareholder record‑keeping systems. This role requires strong analytical, operational, and communication skills to manage vendor relationships, monitor service levels, and support regulatory and board reporting.

The Analyst will also support effective coordination with internal business partners (including Legal, Compliance, Distribution, and Fund Administration) to help ensure timely completion of requests and a positive client experience.

We currently operate in a hybrid working model, whereby you will be required to work in-office 4 days per week.

Governance

• Prepare materials for Fund Board presentations and maintain documentation for audits and regulatory reviews
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements
• Represent Transfer Agent Services in audit-related activities, including process improvement initiatives

Execution (Operations)

• Support initiatives that impact shareholder record‑keeping and related systems, including: product launches, closures, liquidations, mergers, acquisitions, and data conversions
• Review operational reports, document outcomes, and follow up on open items to support resolution
• Participate in reviews of end‑to‑end processes and contribute ideas to simplify workflows and improve efficiency

Monitoring (Oversight)

• Oversee daily activities for shareholder servicing for the Luxembourg Transfer Agent, including acting as a liaison with the transfer agent as needed.
• Oversee quality reviews of retail and institutional shareholder servicing activities, including call monitoring, correspondence, and transaction processing.
• Support the assessment of exceptions and escalations within Allspring’s outsourced operating model and document findings to maintain a clear audit trail; escalate to management when appropriate

Support

• Support periodic transfer agent system events and managed processes
• Support internal reporting on cash flows and key operational metrics to relevant stakeholders

Required Qualifications:

• 1/2+ years of Fund operations / business analysis experience
• Knowledge of the asset management industry (transfer agency / shareholder services knowledge)
• Ability to build effective working relationships across teams and with external partners
• Ability to identify issues/risks, apply judgment within guidelines, and escalate appropriately
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and documentation discipline
• Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint; Access/Project a plus)
• Right to work in Luxembourg (valid work permit or EU/EEA right to work)

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ year of related transfer agent industry experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience); Luxembourg experience preferred.
• Exposure to IT systems and programming is considered an asset
