Overview

The Talent Enablement Operations Specialist provides hands‑on operational support across the function. The focus is on compliance‑training process and system ownership, workflow design and refinement, SOP maintenance, issue triage, analytics/reporting, and the operational discipline needed to keep processes running smoothly.

 

We currently operate in a hybrid working model, whereby you will be required to work in-office 4 days per week.

Responsibilities

  • Compliance Training: Serves as the primary owner for compliance training in UKG Pro Learning: builds course shells, assigns training, addresses issues, and monitors completions. Maintains audit‑ready reporting and documentation; partners with SMEs on content updates; determines when/how to escalate risks to SMEs, UKG, and/or others to protect compliance integrity. 
  • Learning Content Management: Manages intake for learning requests, ensuring submissions are complete and aligned with standards. Screens for duplication and recommends consolidation/retirement; applies brand/format standards; prepares assets for upload with correct tagging and version control. Compiles post‑delivery feedback to support continuous improvement.
  • Learning Platforms: Curates and recommends role‑ and skill‑based pathways aligned to priorities; monitors engagement metrics; and supports learners in navigating platforms. Prepares leadership‑ready insights to improve ROI.
  • Development and Onboarding Logistics: Provides hands‑on operational support for programs, including enrollment, scheduling, materials, logistics, and attendance tracking. Administers surveys and compiles program insights to support consistent, high‑quality participant experiences. Coordinates new‑hire orientation logistics, maintains materials, manages attendee communications, and assists with facilitation.
  • Talent Intelligence: Defines and maintains dashboards and program data across learning, performance, talent, and engagement processes. Prepares leadership‑ready reports, identifies trends and risks, and documents processes. Supports continuous improvement by flagging inefficiencies and ensuring data remains accurate and actionable.
  • Early Career Programs: Assists program leads by coordinating onboarding activities, learning milestones, and development experiences. Tracks participation and progression, maintains documentation, and provides tools and resources to managers and mentors. 
  • Culture and Engagement: Provides operational support for culture and engagement activities, including tracking, reporting, maintaining documentation, and coordinating logistics. Assists with survey administration and culture activities.
  • Operational Support and Coordination: Provides essential operational support across the Talent Enablement ecosystem. Designs and updates SOPs and workflows; monitors the shared mailbox and triages non‑routine requests by impact and urgency; manages intranet/website and creates/maintains relevant Teams channels. Provides invoice and vendor support, organizes shared resources and templates, assists with communications (e.g., TYNTK), supports offsite logistics, and continuously streamlines processes to improve efficiency and reliability

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • Experience in learning and/or HR operations
  • LMS administration (UKG Pro or similar systems)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, and survey tools.
  • Analytical capability to build dashboards, interpret learning and talent data, and produce leadership‑ready insights.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage intake workflows, logistics, scheduling, enrolment, communications, and documentation.
  • Experience creating and maintaining SOPs, workflows, and process documentation.
  • Ability to triage requests, manage a shared mailbox, and coordinate vendor/invoice processes
  • Problem‑solving mindset with the ability to identify risks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy, particularly in compliance‑sensitive processes

Preferred Qualifications

  • Asset management experience

Compensation

Base Pay Range: $70,000 - $80,000

 

Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.  In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary bonus programs, or other annual or non-annual incentive or sales plans.)
